Front battery support bracket158 viewsThere was just enough room in the front for four of the traction batteries. This bracket was bolted to the old gas tank mounting points and the lower part of the chassis.

Motor coupling adapter172 viewsThe VW clutch disk was bolted to the motor shaft adapter, so the clutch disk could be slid over the spline shaft at the end of the transmission and provide a flexible coupling between the motor and transmission. The flywheel and friction disk were discarded.
